Managing Director  
Graduated in Mechanical Engineer, after 2 years in US, working for ALMS and IRL, Nicola became a Project Leader at Dallara of the World Series by Nissan, the Infinity Pro Series, the Maserati MC12 and several Audis DTM. He has always done race engineering since the beginning of the career in DTM for Audi for 5 years, in Le Mans for several prototype teams, GT, World Series, F3, and other single seater and has attended more than 150 races. Since 4 years he founded the company Nisci which is carrying over the Project Managements and the race engineering activities done in the past.

Mario Saccone  
Technical Director  
Former Dallara Senior Composite Engineer, Midland F1and GP2 2005 Project Leader, Mario is one of the most expert composite engineer in the world. He has done the calculation for more than 70% of the crash box running at the moment in any different series in Europe except F1. His knowledge goes further than the motorsport world as he does consultancy in auto motive, aerospace, marine and military.

Graduated in Mechanical Engineer at the University of Brescia in Italy, ha also reach a PhD in Applied Mechanics. He has experience in vehicle dynamics simulation.
He has also experience in F3 as data engineer.  
He's one of the key person of the design office of YCOM for what regards suspension and bodywork design.
