Company introduction

YCOM was founded in June 2008 from the wish of the two promoting partners  Mario Saccone and Nicola Scimeca, to constitute a consulting and designing company specialized in planning and developing composite engineering solution in the motor sport sector. This company arises from the merge of the well established expertise engineering office of Mario Saccone with the company Nisci previously founded by Nicola Scimeca, with which the newborn YCOM is tied up from organizational and business relationships.

The merge of the two companies produced one of the most advanced, well known and reliable company in the world of composite design and manufacturing with more than 20 years of experience in motorsport, composite design and race engineering.

While the headquarter of YCOM is in what is called the Italian Motorsport Valley, it has an international attitude and is present worldwide with projects and customers, so YCOM own market is the whole planet and the perspectives of its growth are world wide.

The winning “formula” is a wise mixture of know-how, technologies, innovative materials and expertise. The purpose is to guarantee excellent engineering performances and competitive consulting services through any aspect of product development from the original idea to the end of his life.

The aim of YCOM now is to apply the spirit, the technology, the expertise, the reputation we have build in the past 10 years to new field and new technologies other than only motorsport.
