Lotus Evora LM GTE Pro |

From the stock Lotus Evora, we studied the initial layout of the car and all the main components'
position. We did the complete design of the chassis and the bodywork, we followed the production and the assembly
of the first two cars that was done in our workshop.

Full homologation, crash box design and calculation |

We have done more than 30 crash box calculations
and homologation
in several motorsport series, developing now an impressive
experience in this field.

We have done for
many
confidential customers
the
calculation
and
homologation
of monocoques
for the old and the new ACO regulation. The calculation
involved also the crash test and the
production control
of the chassis and its ancillaries.

Epsilon LMP1 |
|
Epsilon Euskadi gave us an initial layout of the car with
all the main components in the position and some surface to
start with. We did the complete
design of the chassis and the bodywork,
we followed the crash
and static test
as well as the production and the
assembly of the first prototype
that was done in our workshop.

The relationship with Pescarolo started in 2005 when they
were looking for a new supplier of bodywork components. We
carried over the work in 2006 when we were called to design
and perform the full
calculation
and
homologation
of the chassis and crash box for the new car.

| Lucchini LMP2 |

In
2003 we designed
the first LMP2 for the new ACO regulation.
It was a big step for the small constructor Lucchini. We did
the chassis layout, ply books, calculations, complete
homologation. Our partner Camattini built all the composite
component for the car. |
| Stock Car Brazil |
 |
Following our experience in DTM and in race engineering the
Stock Car in Brazil, we did the complete
layout
of the next Stock Car which is going to race in 2009. It’s a
one make series which is an “hybrid” between a DTM and a
NASCAR. The
safety standards
are now quite high as it features a front and rear crash
box, side intrusion panels and a stiffer and stronger
chassis.

AUTOGP |

From our
experience in Single Seater Car we
did the development of some components for new AUTOGP based on the
first A1 GP car manufactured by Lola.

DAC Racing F1 Boat |
|
F1 boat is like a single seater that goes at 230Km/h on the
water. Most of the technology is similar to the racing cars,
to this project we applied the
safety standard of the current F1 car
for the side intrusion test and the front crash test. We
carried over the
complete design of the chassis
from the old to the new safety regulation, we are now
members of the technical working group of UIM which is the
FIA of the boat, to develop standards in safety on this
category.

We have done
for Oreca the design and manufacturing of the complete
suspension for their new Formula Le Mans. With this project
we have developed a new idea of design that cut the cost of
upright quite massively.
